At Quick Trade Pay, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital design services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made before initial design concepts are delivered
No refunds after the first design concept has been shared
No refunds for completed or approved projects
Change of mind after project initiation
Delays caused by lack of client communication
Projects where revisions have already been used
In some cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on the project stage and work completed.
