This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Quick Trade Pay.

At Quick Trade Pay, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital design services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made before initial design concepts are delivered

  • No refunds after the first design concept has been shared

  • No refunds for completed or approved projects

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication

  • Projects where revisions have already been used

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on the project stage and work completed.
